What type of projects do you specialise in?

At what stage of my project should I engage Fluent Studio?

As early as possible! Ideally, we will be one of the first consultants you speak with when considering your renovation project. We're here to guide you through what will be required for your unique project requirements.

Where do we work?

What type of projects do you specialise in?

Fluent Studio works with clients across Australia. Currently, we are actively designing projects in Melbourne, Geelong, Mornington Peninsula, Hobart and Surf Coast VIC.

How do I get started with with my project?

Do you offer consultations or design advice before committing to a project?

Yes, we encourage a design vision consultation to discuss your ideas, provide design direction, and explore how we can help you achieve your goals.

How do I get in touch for a consult?

Do you offer virtual design consultations?

Yes, we offer consultations for clients who are unable to meet in person. Through video calls, we can discuss your project, review design ideas, and provide advice as to next steps.

Do you offer furniture and styling services as part of your design packages?

Yes, we love this part of our process. We can be engaged as part of your Interior Design services, or complete this as a stand alone service.

What is the typical timeline for an interior design project?

Can I see examples of your past work?

Do you charge hourly or fixed fees?

Following our design vision session we will put together a fixed fee proposal for your project. Services outside of this proposal are hourly rate.

Do you work with a builder or do I engage them separately?

Our work is focussed on first creating a design that your builder can quote from. We then work closely with a trusted network of contractors to execute your design vision. If you already have a builder on board we can work with their team to achieve a design that fits your brief and budget.

How do we manage the project budget?

During our design vision session we ask questions regarding your brief that help build a clear picture of your project brief and what you are trying to achieve within your budget. Given our 15 years experience we have a solid understanding of what drives budgets and when things are starting to look like they are slipping outside of your budget. We're here to guide you on what to expect and who to talk to to ensure this is managed and you can achieve the project outcomes you are aiming for.
